📋 Description

• Monitor the closing and funding pipeline daily to ensure workflow is completed timely • Input figures accurately into the CRM to process closing packages and disburse funds • Audit critical documents and coordinate timely corrections with Title Companies and Escrow Agents for funding numbers • Complete closing checklists for closing packages • Approve Closing Disclosures to issue funding numbers and funds • Update closing dates in the CRM to reflect the correct loan closing date • Monitor the Closer Funding Report to ensure loans are funded on schedule and calculations are completed before Accounting submission • Request wire adjustments with appropriate documentation from warehouse banks • Notify Accounting about returned wires • Handle closing-related questions and problems from Title Companies and Escrow Agents • Assist Processors and Loan Advisors with closing package questions from borrowers or notaries • Research and resolve Error Reports, Post Closing Reports, and accounting errors • Correct loan documents as required by Investors or Post Closing • Complete additional assignments as directed by Management

🎯 Requirements

• Recent mortgage closing experience • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently • High-speed internet required for remote work, using Cable or Fiber only with Ethernet capability • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps basic, 200–300/35–70 Mbps shared, or 500–1,000/100+ Mbps heavy use
