📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of enterprise forms to comply with state insurance requirements • Perform core administrative duties in support of overall unit operations • Review and interpret statutes and case law • Primary researcher of industry language for the introduction of policy forms • Develop and prepare forms filings of new language for contracts, forms, and endorsements • Communicate policy contract and underwriting intent for products for key stakeholders • Create system generated images/forms using specialized forms development software/systems • Review, propose, and enact legislation for compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience maintaining, updating, and creating P&C forms & contracts • 2+ years of communicating policy contract and underwriting intent for products for key stakeholders • 2+ years of demonstrated ability to work well both independently and cross functionally within a small unit as well as across all areas of the organization • 2+ years of demonstrated experience researching and interpreting statutes, case law, and regulations
