📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to Product Team leaders in achieving the program’s strategic vision • Drive development, creation, and implementation of high-quality, global, coordinated cross-functional project plans for products in accordance with program strategy • Lead and/or participate in special department, cross-functional, or team projects • Support cross-functional drug development and commercialization activities for pipeline or inline products • Partner with functional leads to develop integrated cross-functional plans aligned with overall program strategy • Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability • Facilitate resource planning, financial assessments, and capacity assessments as needed • Conduct risk management and scenario planning; develop contingency and risk mitigation plans • Coordinate activities with external business partners and alliances • Drive development and timely completion of annual Work Package Team goals and input to the Global Product Strategy • Document issues, decisions, and action items from work package team and ad hoc project team meetings • Identify cross-functional project issues for the Global Program Manager or appropriate Work Package Team Lead • Report to the Director of Global Program Management

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Relevant experience, OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Relevant experience • Drug development experience including deep experience in one or more core drug development and commercialization functions • Experience leading teams through governance process • Program and project management skills in a healthcare-related environment • Experience operationalizing strategic initiatives • Experience with cross-functional strategic planning, development of integrated plans, monitoring and driving execution to plan • Emotional intelligence skills, including influencing without authority and navigating within a matrix environment • Experience using Project Management tools, methodologies, practices and infrastructure related to the Biopharmaceutical Industry • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
