📋 Description

• Review and evaluate transactions to identify potential suspicious activity • Verify client identities and assess relationships with financial institutions for KYC purposes • Interpret and implement client-operating policies related to financial data • Identify data anomalies and red flags involving money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions violations • Escalate cases for second-level review • Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations • Use basic Excel functions and Microsoft and internet applications for analysis • Adhere to designated timeframes and procedures • Submit written work products for internal quality-control review and make necessary adjustments based on feedback • Meet production and quality standards while collaborating in a team-oriented environment • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, company policies, client requirements, and Anti-Money Laundering standards • Complete three weeks of virtual company-provided training from home, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time after training

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree required • No prior experience required • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to learn quickly • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Office tools • Ability to work independently, adapt to feedback, and identify process improvements • Ability to work from the designated home address and home workspace • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, sorting) and strong research skills are a plus • Must not require employment immigration sponsorship or support, including CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, F-1, H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, or related support
