📋 Description

• Own and optimize outbound in Smartlead, including sequencing, targeting, list management, and deliverability monitoring • Manage and evolve HubSpot nurture programs, workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking • Run A/B and conversion-rate testing on landing pages and ship measurable improvements • Execute SEO/AEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, content structure, and keyword targeting • Report on lead volume, conversion rates, and channel performance • Translate funnel data into next actions and channel improvements • Plan and execute paid search and paid social as bandwidth and budget allow • Report to the Head of Marketing and execute the established marketing strategy • Own demand-generation channels end to end and grow the company pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about helping eradicate depression through breakthrough neurotechnology • Highly motivated, coachable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities • 4–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing • Hands-on experience with Smartlead or a comparable cold outbound platform such as Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist; required • Direct experience building nurture campaigns and workflows in HubSpot; required • Working experience with paid search and paid social, including Google Ads and LinkedIn • Proven landing page testing and conversion rate optimization experience with measurable results • Comfortable executing SEO/AEO initiatives from search and AI-visibility reporting • Able to read funnel data and act on it independently • Background in healthcare, medtech, or fintech and comfort with compliance review processes is a plus
