📋 Description

• Support the Sales team by facilitating completion of customer contracts and requests • Independently and collaboratively manage incoming and ongoing customer contract-related documentation and requests • Monitor and track Contract Support requests via Smartsheet logs • Track contracts in Smartsheet and file them in Google Workspace • Support contract development and maintain stakeholder communication to meet internal and external deadlines • Coordinate requests for certificates of insurance • Research current and previous contract documentation • Maintain tracking systems for ongoing and past contract-related activity through portals and management tools • Support printing, assembly, and delivery of contracts • Maintain shared documentation with company and department information for forms and submission sites • Provide support with annual contract-support projects • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure timely completion of contract-support requests • Report directly to the Contract Support Manager

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and Adobe Software to develop spreadsheets, draft templates, and perform general PDF formatting • 1+ years of experience coordinating contract review or contract processing • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Background check required if selected for employment • May be required to provide additional documentation, proof of vaccination, or submit to enhanced background screening
