📋 Description

• Operate Amplity’s healthcare compliance program day to day • Report to the Chief Compliance Officer and execute the compliance program • Design, develop, revise, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, training, and education • Implement monitoring activities, annual compliance work plans, and three-year audit plans • Conduct expense, meal, healthcare professional interaction, call/activity data, and program-level reviews • Analyze monitoring results, identify trends and risks, escalate findings, and track remediation • Support compliance program effectiveness assessments aligned with DOJ and OIG guidance • Intake, triage, and investigate non-compliance allegations and hotline reports • Conduct interviews, gather documentation, prepare investigation reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions • Serve as compliance point of contact for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients • Support client audits, questionnaires, due diligence requests, and program start-up compliance requirements • Prepare compliance dashboards, metrics, updates, and executive, Board-level, and Compliance Committee reporting • Maintain KPIs across monitoring, training, investigations, and transparency reporting • Act as compliance subject matter expert for pitch presentations and RFPs • Host, support, and respond to client audits and implement corrective action plans • Administer web-based department-specific training • Supervise the Compliance team and allocate workload to ensure quality and timely deliverables • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with other issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university • Five (5) or more years of healthcare compliance experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical services industry • Three (3) years of experience conducting compliance investigations, including addressing complaints and resolving problems • Working knowledge of the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, FDA promotional regulations, HIPAA, the PhRMA Code, OIG compliance program guidance, and state transparency and marketing laws • Demonstrated experience conducting compliance investigations and documenting findings • Demonstrated experience building and delivering compliance training • Experience designing and executing monitoring and auditing activities • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advising business stakeholders and interacting with client compliance personnel • Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment and maintain confidentiality • Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and rules related to promotion of pharmaceutical and other healthcare products • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment • High ethical standards and exceptional judgment • Superior interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Comfort operating with autonomy in a remote setting
