• Driving company-wide revenue cycle improvement initiatives • Owning stakeholder relationship strategy • Ensuring successful onboarding, stabilization, and long-term performance of facilities supported by the Central Billing Office • Acting as a senior advisor to revenue cycle leadership • Mitigating stakeholder risk, financial exposure, and systemic process breakdowns • Building and sustaining executive-level relationships with surgery center leadership, anesthesia providers, and Central Billing Office leadership • Partnering with stakeholders to foster trust, transparency, and shared accountability for revenue cycle performance • Leading communication strategies for complex RCM issues, transitions, or organizational changes • Maintaining executive accountability for all onboarding and offboarding activity to/from the Central Billing Office. • Overseeing development and interpretation of revenue cycle KPI dashboards and performance trends • Reporting progress, risks, and outcomes to senior revenue cycle and executive leadership • Leading, mentoring, and developing managers and senior team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; graduate degree strongly preferred • 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, operations, or practice management in lieu of degree, or equivalent combination of education and revenue cycle experience • Expert knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, payor rules, and reimbursement models • Strong leadership and management expertise with demonstrated success managing managers and complex stakeholders • Advanced data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into strategy and action • Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives and drive organizational change • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills
