📋 Description

• Work under the direction of the Commercial Manager • Work cooperatively with Territory Sales Managers, clients, and team members • Grow existing customers and create new customers • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas • Increase customer satisfaction • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree and/or 2-5 years sales experience in a Call Center • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications • Self-motivated needing minimal direction • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Able to prioritize • Mechanical aptitude • Above average verbal and written communication skills • Minimum 40 WPM typing • Experience working with distributors, end users and manufacture's rep groups • Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers • Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
