📋 Description

• Own the revenue systems layer across the go-to-market organization • Design and maintain integrations connecting CRM, billing, data warehouse, and analytics systems • Build HubSpot CRM architecture with parent-child company models, lifecycle stages, lead routing, workflows, deduplication, and data hygiene • Reconcile subscription, usage-based, and percentage-of-collections Stripe billing data with CRM records • Surface churn, expansion, and payment signals for the revenue team • Build and maintain the Zapier and scripting integration layer • Model go-to-market and revenue data in Snowflake • Create Metabase dashboards for funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, normalized revenue, and parent-account rollups • Build Claude-based AI workflows for lead enrichment and scoring, call summarization, follow-up drafting, and data cleanup

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales/marketing operations with a builder profile • Strong SQL from scratch • Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience with custom objects, associations, workflows, and APIs • Experience with complex parent-child account structures • Production experience with Stripe data, including usage-based or non-standard billing models • Production experience with Zapier • Practical experience building with Claude or comparable LLM APIs, including prompting, evaluation, and understanding failure modes • Self-directed; comfortable operating fractionally with async communication and minimal oversight • Healthcare or vertical SaaS experience is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with provider data such as NPI/NPPES and CMS datasets is a nice-to-have • Experience supporting multiple concurrent GTM motions is a nice-to-have • dbt and enrichment tooling such as Apollo are nice-to-haves
