• Lead and manage complex RCI engagements, including internal investigations, regulatory response, fraud risk assessments, compliance program development, and forensic accounting. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across various industries, providing insights on evolving regulatory environments and government enforcement trends. • Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction on all projects. • Drive new business opportunities through networking, relationship development, and participation in industry events and thought leadership. • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and service offerings aligned with client demand and market trends. • Expand the RCI practice’s footprint by cultivating long-term client relationships and cross-selling firm-wide capabilities. • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of consultants and senior professionals within the RCI group while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that values diversity, integrity, and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CPA, JD, or CFE certification required. • 15+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, forensic accounting, investigations, or related advisory work. • Prior experience working in government agencies is required. • Proven success in business development. • Strong knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulatory frameworks. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex investigations across industries. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to delivering client value and growing practice areas.
