📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with companies and associations across the multifamily and property management industry • Develop strategies to grow revenue and expand the industry pipeline • Identify new business opportunities through ideas and insights exchanged with partners and peers • Collaborate with customers and partners to develop and close new business • Create programs, content, communications, and trainings positioning Anchor as an industry leader • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader externally and internally • Prioritize strategic accounts and build sales plays and solution strategies • Identify, recruit, and enable system integrators and property management partners • Conduct strategic meetings with account prospects • Perform outreach and pipeline-building with prospective customers • Support the Sales team in customer demos • Produce subject-matter content for Marketing and Sales • Lead industry discussions and speak nationally • Own sales enablement tools, including a Sales Strategy Playbook and Sales Proposal Template • Attend relevant trade shows and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of building genuine, lasting relationships within an industry; multifamily, property management, or a closely related space strongly preferred • Comfort operating as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on relationship builder • Strong storytelling and content instincts • Ability to turn industry insight into compelling content • Confidence leading conversations with prospects and industry audiences • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations • Willingness to travel for select trade shows and speaking engagements
