📋 Description

• Process and integrate customer data • Assist with the movement of goods between international borders • Serve as the customer service liaison • Resolve problems including billing and tracking shipments • Build relationships with customers • Prepare documents for import customs clearance • Track and trace shipments • Communicate with CBP and PGAs to resolve issues • Handle confidential information • Open files and enter information in corporate systems • Ensure compliance with government regulations • Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and vendors • Coordinate shipments to customer destination • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customs brokerage • Previous logistics experience • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Experience in CMUS or Cargowise (preferred) • Experience working at a CHB firm (preferred)
