📋 Description
• Process and assimilate customer data for goods movement • Serve as customer service liaison • Resolve problems and handle customer concerns • Process Customs and PGA entries • Open files and enter notes in corporate systems • Review commercial invoices • Convert and verify shipment weight, volume, and foreign currency • Communicate with internal and external clients • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulatory agencies • Coordinate shipping details • Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and vendors
🎯 Requirements
• High school Diploma/GED • Previous customs brokerage Experience
