âą Provide technical sales to area customers to identify, communicate, and pursue sales opportunities for Andritz Fabrics and Rolls products. âą Develop relationships with paper mill customers and conduct paper machine audits and service calls. âą Conduct paper machine optimization, shutdown inspections, and prepare onsite reports. âą Optimize operating efficiencies using proprietary modeling software and troubleshoot customer problems. âą Mitigate warranty exposure through early detection and prevention of potential problems. âą Help mills set up records and maintain databases on clothing, roll covers, bowed rolls, installations, and product life. âą Conduct Rezolve press optimization studies, communicate field activity to Regional Sales Manager, prepare monthly summaries, and manage an expense budget.
âą Degree preferred in Engineering or Business and/or extensive maintenance, production or sales experience within the paper or related industry. âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. âą Proven relationship builder and strong entrepreneurial drive. âą Paper mill aptitude. âą Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and general database management. âą Some travel required within the assigned region.
