📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a regional team of SAP analysts • Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through execution • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP modules • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions • Ensure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with business processes • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other required tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 3-5+ years of SAP experience • Strong working knowledge of SAP modules • Proven track record of leading SAP-related projects • Knowledge of SAP functional areas: S4/Hana, BW, BI, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM, and other interfaces • Prior experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 • Excellent English skills, verbal and written • Ability to manage time and prioritize projects with little supervision • Strong problem-solving skills and organized, structured work habits • Ability to work with a virtual team in an international environment • Experience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
