📋 Description

• Translate ambiguous, high-level priorities into clear plans with owners, dates, and explicit trade-offs, then drive plans to closure • Build and refine capacity planning models to forecast hiring capacity and staffing needs • Identify improvement opportunities, build business cases, and drive change through large cross-functional projects • Program manage changes spanning multiple teams and months • Build cross-functional buy-in and provide updates and impact to senior leadership • Own the function's reporting and enable leadership to answer recurring questions without fresh monthly analyses • Leverage GenAI tools such as Gemini and Claude to synthesize hiring data and cross-functional insights • Set the operating cadence of the Talent Acquisition function and build problem-structuring frameworks • Serve as the VP of Talent Acquisition's operating partner and thought partner • Translate high-level priorities into a roadmap and execute quickly and effectively • Act as connective tissue between Talent, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, People, and senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, or strategy • In-house experience after consulting or finance experience is a plus • Demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight and decision-making • Ability to build a model from a blank spreadsheet rather than maintain someone else's • Strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizations • Early adopter, rigorous explorer, and high volume user of Claude, ChatGPT, and competing or complementary AI tools • Applicants located in eastern or central time zones • Legally authorized to work in the United States
