📋 Description

• Proactively place outbound calls to homeowners to advance their project journey and identify additional needs • Field return inbound calls from homeowners responding to prior outreach • Uncover project needs and present matched professionals based on those needs • Discuss available services and solutions tailored to homeowners' project scopes • Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures • Participate in pilots, tests, and special projects, providing frontline feedback on tools, scripts, and processes • Temporarily support other lines of business when COE capacity is needed • Surface homeowner feedback and insights for service and process improvements • Collaborate with team members and leadership to share knowledge and best practices • Participate in Learning & Development activities • Support team goals focused on performance and customer satisfaction • Meet or exceed SR conversion, matches-per-session, CSAT, and quality/accuracy metrics • Apply leadership feedback to improve performance and customer interactions • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Detail-oriented with consistent focus on high-quality customer service • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills, tools, and processes • Commitment to company values and exceptional homeowner experience • Preferred: prior outbound-calling or proactive-outreach experience • Preferred: familiarity with call center systems and dialer software • Preferred: proficiency with Google Suite tools, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar • Ability to work 5 days per week, 40 hours per week • Availability for start times between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. ET • Flexibility to support potential weekend scheduling as business needs evolve • Must permanently reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states • Must utilize all company-provided equipment, including webcam, for team communications
