• Maintain and support engineering IT services to ensure systems remain operational and meet end-user requirements • Manage software deployment activities, including building, testing, and debugging application packages for future releases • Handle support tickets related to incident resolution and problem management • Coordinate software installations, patching, and system upgrades • Report directly to the Engineering Systems IT Manager
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field • Knowledge of Autodesk applications • Experience using deployment and inventory SCCM tools such as PDQ • Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019) • Basic iOS knowledge • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and geographically distributed team • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
