📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end accounting and finance projects, including process redesign, system implementations (e.g., ERP, consolidation, reporting), and operational improvements • Review existing Accounting Technology Stack and recommend new functionality and tools, including the utilization of AI/Claude to improve the efficiency of current processes • Drive standardization and optimization of accounting processes (e.g., close, reconciliations, reporting) among multiple entities and geographies • Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through accounting integration and process alignment • Assist with monthly and quarterly month-end close items and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting + industry preferred) or equivalent combination of education/experience • Demonstrated experience leading accounting or finance transformation projects • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS • Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
