📋 Description

• Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close processes across global entities, ensuring timely, accurate general ledger reporting and consolidated financial statements. • Lead global intercompany operations including billing, cash settlements, transfer pricing execution, foreign exchange gain/loss analysis, and elimination entries. • Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Finance Data to operationalize new intercompany agreements, entity launches, and transfer pricing methodologies into scalable processes. • Drive the design, implementation, and documentation of SOX-compliant internal controls across GL operations and intercompany processes. • Execute strategic GL projects including M&A integration, new entity set-ups, and ERP enhancements in NetSuite. • Strengthen team capability by mentoring and developing direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years managing direct reports, with public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred). • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with applied knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 implementation and documentation. • Managed end-to-end month-end close processes across multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting. • Led multi-entity intercompany accounting processes such as eliminations, FX revaluation, or global consolidations. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools (Snowflake, Looker, or similar) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), ideally in a fintech or crypto environment. • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and quality.
