• Support data-driven decision-making, operational performance, and compliance tracking across a fast-paced human services program(s) • Analyze workflows, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely reporting aligned with regulatory and service delivery requirements • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data including intake, discharge, service delivery, and program performance metrics • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to support real-time decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery timelines and outcomes • Assist in monitoring quality control metrics and ensuring documentation meets audit and reporting standards • Conduct quick-turn data analysis in support of urgent operational needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Social Services, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/operations role • Experience supporting high-volume, time-sensitive operations with strict reporting requirements • Strong proficiency in: Data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Process mapping and workflow analysis • Documentation and reporting standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • High level of professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential information
