📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to design manufacturing, inventory, and warehouse processes into scalable future-state Oracle Cloud solutions • Assist in discovery sessions, design workshops, and requirements gathering and validation meetings • Analyze and document business pain points and translate them into system capabilities, process changes, or automation opportunities • Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories • Support design and configuration activities for Oracle Cloud Fusion modules including: Manufacturing Inventory Management Warehouse Management (WMS) Related supply chain modules • Work with the business to collect Use Cases for new designs, enhancements, and releases • Create test scripts, scenarios, and business process validation cases • Support phased release deployments, acquisitions, and future module rollouts • Track functional deliverables and assist in alignment across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations or business transformation initiatives • Understanding of manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills • Experience leading workshops with cross-functional stakeholders • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment • Ability to travel 10-15% for fit/gaps or deployments
