📋 Description

• Define, analyze, and document business requirements for large enterprise integration initiatives. • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate needs into clear functional artifacts that guide delivery teams. • Elicit, define, and document business and integration requirements for enterprise software initiatives. • Create process maps, use cases, and related analysis artifacts to support solution design and implementation. • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to research, validate, and refine requirements and assumptions. • Analyze and map data exchanged across systems; identify gaps, dependencies, and downstream impacts. • Document data transformation, cleansing rules, and validation logic to support accurate system integration. • Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and issues clearly and frequently to project stakeholders. • Support testing and implementation readiness by ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and testable.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting large enterprise integration projects. • Strong knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation domain. • Proven experience defining requirements for software projects (process flows, use cases, business rules). • Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize findings, and recommend actionable next steps. • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide frequent, clear updates across stakeholders. • Hands-on experience mapping and understanding data exchanged/transformed between integrated systems. • Experience documenting transformation rules (e.g., field length changes, format standardization, cleansing rules). • Familiarity with Filevine and/or relevant legacy platforms supporting similar operational workflows.
