📋 Description

• Manage SEOC work products, reports, and clinical/operational data analysis • Monitor staff activities for compliance and accountability • Review provider information, including specialty and NPI • Validate Veteran demographic information and authorization details • Review approved service codes and ensure alignment with authorized care • Interpret SEOC narrative requirements, referral limitations, and follow-up care parameters • Create reports, presentations, and white papers • Support meetings and workgroups • Support the VA Office of Veterans Community Care as a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program • Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia • Nurse III/IV level experience • Minimum of three (3) years of RN Case Manager experience • No sponsorship available • Must have lived continuously in the United States for the past three (3) years prior to appointment at a federal facility • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs • Ability to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance • Ability to push/pull with 30 lbs of force
