📋 Description

• translate research insights and strategic direction into tangible, experience concepts and prototypes • develop solutions that help the world’s most innovative companies bring better products and services to life • support the development of journey maps, service blueprints, product ideas, and strategic narratives • responsible for the creation of interaction concepts, prototypes, and design solutions that bring strategy to life • work on client engagements from research through design delivery • help shape the tools, artifacts, and design approaches that define AnswerLab’s experience design practice • ensure design outputs align with project goals, research insights, and business context

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in experience design, service design, UX design, or product design within consulting, agency, or product environments • Strong ability to translate insights and strategy into clear experience concepts and visual artifacts • Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, or similar experience design deliverables • Mastery of manual design and prototyping tools like Figma • Experience with prompt-based design tools • Strong storytelling and communication skills, both visual and verbal • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including researchers, strategists, and product leaders • Experience with research - running usability tests, concept tests, and qualitative studies • Experience with large-scale, complex design systems • Experience supporting workshops with client stakeholders • Experience developing strategic vision for major brands
