📋 Description

• Set the editorial standard for Antenna's insights and maintain quality of analysis and storytelling • Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts; hire, develop, and retain talent • Serve as key stakeholder for internal tool development, specifying tools, interfaces, and data access • Own intake, prioritization, and resource management for customer, sales, and marketing requests • Define and track KPIs, improve workflows, and reallocate effort • Drive customer engagement with Client Services partners by presenting findings and addressing senior client stakeholders • Partner with co-founders and leadership to identify opportunities for custom analytics across Antenna's data products • Remain hands-on with queues, deliverables, and complex analyses • Report to the Chief Executive Officer • Represent Antenna's data to customers, prospects, and the wider industry

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data analytics, insights, or research • 4+ years leading and growing teams • Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining talent • Excellent editorial judgment • Experience presenting to senior external audiences and handling skepticism • Understanding of data structures and tradeoffs • Ability to make SQL-based output more efficient and reusable • Clear understanding of current AI tooling capabilities • Ability to structure ambiguous work and build durable systems • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization • Leadership presence and ability to hold a position under pressure • Exceptional communication skills, including distilling complex data for technical and non-technical audiences, C-suite, and clients • Proven cross-functional partnership skills • Deep interest or experience in media and entertainment • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Antenna is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future
