📋 Description

• Gather and prepare loan documents for loan closings • Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and documents related to financial transactions • Arrange and prepare loan documents to help ensure loan collectability • Ensure all required documents, forms, and agreements are collected and accurate • Complete tasks in compliance with federal and state rules, regulations, and company policies • Ensure loans are properly funded according to the loan closing statement • File and store loan and supporting documents according to retention guidelines and company policies and procedures • Obtain and record data points for monitoring and reporting compliance with BSA, CRA, HMDA, and other regulations • Support lending staff with documentation for retail, commercial, agricultural, and home equity line of credit loans

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred • Two years of experience in loan processing and/or documentation preferred • Oral and written communication skills • Detail-oriented • Ability to multitask • Computer skills • Organizational skills • Clerical and administrative skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Time management skills • Must comply with federal and state rules and regulations and company policies • Ability to perform constant sitting and keyboarding, frequent speaking and hearing, and occasional lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, stooping, and visual-acuity tasks • May be required to lift up to 10 pounds
