📋 Description

• Develop realistic tasks testing AI agents’ ability to analyze business performance and support financial planning • Create original tasks and reference models • Design tasks involving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, unit economics, and scenario modeling • Build reference solutions with transparent formulas, documented assumptions, and reconciled financial outputs • Evaluate agents combining financial and operational data • Identify performance drivers and update forecasts • Define criteria for model integrity, calculation accuracy, analytical depth, and usefulness of recommendations • Identify formula errors, inconsistent assumptions, double counting, and unsupported business conclusions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional expertise • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning • Strong financial modeling skills • Understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Fluent English, with strong written communication skills • Experience with planning platforms, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial modeling across multiple business units is preferred
