📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls for clients' businesses from home • Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients • Handle standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls • Participate in 2 weeks of paid training • Take live calls with ongoing support during 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development • Work a steady, fast-paced call volume, often with back-to-back calls • Meet performance measures for quality, accuracy, ready percentage, and after-call work time • Choose weekly shifts based on performance tier • Work scheduled shifts within 5:00 am–8:00 pm Pacific Time • Maintain reliable attendance under the points system

🎯 Requirements

• Position only available to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona • Excellent verbal and written communication • A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people • Good listening skills; stays calm and efficient under pressure • Dependable and punctual for every scheduled shift • Strong computer skills • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools • Must work 40 hours per week • Must be available for at least 8 hours every Friday and Saturday during the first 8–12 weeks after training • Full availability for 40 hours per week during the 2-week training and 8–12-week Learning & Development period • Must use a personal computer and internet connection meeting system requirements • Must pass a background check after receiving a conditional offer • Must be physically located and working in one of the listed states for the duration of employment
