• Assist with E-Discovery and Document Review on mass tort and class action cases • Perform substantive document review on platforms such as Relativity and DISCO • Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege • Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs and challenges to privilege • Participate in special projects and other assigned duties • Occasionally assist with deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree from a fully accredited law school • An active member in good standing with the South Dakota State Bar Association • Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience • Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience preferred • Must reside anywhere in South Dakota • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
