• 6-7 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience • Master 's degree (MBA or technical field) preferred • Experience in sales or new business development with a focus on engineering services, robotics, automation, manufacturing, and operations • Experience implementing professional service business models in hi-tech industries • Strong skills in the business development, account management and sales process • Proficiency in MS Office Products is required • Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus
