📋 Description

• Ideate and pitch multiple story ideas per week • Write and fact-check 3-5 articles per week, ranging from trending news stories to SEO-driven features • Source leads for additional content creation • Refresh archival SEO content, following best practices for optimization and editorial standards • Help create and build additional content, as needed • Attend Dorm Therapy team meetings • Help monitor and report on analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Current student majoring in journalism, communications, or other relevant subject • Strong writing and fact-checking skills, including the ability to speak to college student readers like a friend • An astute awareness of internet trends, pop culture, and other topics related to our Dorm Therapy audience • Detail-oriented in writing, communication, and organization • Ability to balance multiple priorities, and to adjust strategy and execution in the face of new information • Comfort working within technical systems/content management systems (CMS)
