📋 Description

• Meet with key stakeholders to define data and reporting requirements • Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to internal and external partners • Lead projects to enhance data and reporting capabilities, including data quality, attributes, and automation of manual processes • Use data to generate insights by assessing key performance indicators and trends and presenting results to business leaders • Partner with business and technical SMEs to understand data, perform deep dives to solve business problems, and summarize and present findings to management • Provide support to business and finance stakeholders on ongoing and ad hoc initiatives and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business and IT program or project management • Experience in the Financial Services and/or Payment industries • Experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting • Strong Excel skills, including experience with macros, complex pivot tables and charts/graphs • Hands on experience in Power BI and SQL • Familiarity with VBA and Python • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process
