📋 Description

• Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and responsibility • Promote and enforce Apex health and safety policies • Observe and evaluate stormwater compliance crews' performance in executing scopes of work and provide feedback for improvement • Ensure crews properly maintain company equipment and other assets • Report to the Commercial Stormwater Southeast Region Stormwater Compliance Manager • Mentor Compliance Crew Foremen and Crew Technicians • Perform some overnight travel

🎯 Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma • 5+ years of related experience with successful development and management of field projects and supervising staff • Willingness to travel • Ability to perform manual labor • Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Valid driver's license, safe driving history, and reliable transportation required • Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
