📋 Description

• Serve as the primary SME for Oracle Cloud Core HR production support • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving worker lifecycle events, employment and assignment management, workforce structures, jobs, positions, grades, locations, security roles, data access, and enterprise/legal employer structures • Analyze and resolve employee data issues impacting downstream systems • Support organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and HR transformation initiatives • Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud best practices and functionality • Own and manage high-priority Core HR incidents and escalations • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions • Coordinate resolution efforts across HR, Payroll, Technical, and Oracle Support teams • Ensure adherence to managed services SLAs • Communicate with client stakeholders during critical situations • Assess whether issues originate in Core HR or Payroll • Identify upstream data impacts affecting payroll processing • Collaborate with Payroll Critical Care consultants during issue resolution • Participate in payroll-related discussions and client meetings • Support troubleshooting of Core HR transactions impacting payroll calculations, costing, or interfaces • Facilitate handoffs and knowledge sharing between Core HR and Payroll teams • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements • Review Oracle quarterly releases for Core HR impacts • Support testing and validation activities • Develop knowledge articles, support documentation, and client recommendations • Mentor junior consultants and support resources • Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, including training and certification exams • Participate on internal projects and provide expertise to others as needed • Assist with training technical staff, interviewing, assigning project staff duties, overseeing workflow, and conducting project performance evaluations as applicable • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with strong Core HR expertise • Experience providing production support in a managed services environment • Strong understanding of Workforce Structures • Strong understanding of Employment Lifecycle • Strong understanding of Security configuration and role-based access • Strong understanding of HCM Data Loader (HDL) • Strong understanding of HCM extracts and related reporting processes • Strong understanding of OTBI Reporting • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll, including payroll flow concepts, elements, and payroll processing dependencies • Experience managing client escalations and critical incidents • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices • Thorough understanding of HCM principles and planning • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Reliable and consistent internet connection • Willingness and ability to travel as required by the customer project • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead preferred • Experience with HCM transformation, system implementations, or major enhancement projects preferred • Knowledge of AI-enabled HCM capabilities, workforce analytics, and process automation preferred
