📋 Description

• Lead client discussions and requirements-gathering sessions. • Analyze finance and accounting processes and recommend Oracle ERP Cloud Financials solutions. • Lead configuration of GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expense Management modules. • Own assigned functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and review functional design documentation, configuration decisions, and business process recommendations. • Identify process improvements and leverage Oracle ERP Cloud Financials functionality. • Partner with technical and integration resources on reports, integrations, extensions, and customizations. • Support reporting and analytics design. • Lead functional testing and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing. • Analyze and resolve complex functional issues with clients, project teams, and Oracle Support. • Support data conversion, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. • Provide functional guidance, knowledge transfer, and end-user training. • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. • Mentor junior consultants and project team members. • Participate in project planning and advise on scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables. • Maintain continuing education through training and certification exams. • Participate in internal projects and provide project expertise. • Assist with training technical staff, interviewing, assigning project staff duties, overseeing workflow, and conducting performance evaluations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials. • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expense Management. • Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, Oracle Cloud Financials best practices, and client-facing consulting. • Experience leading functional workstreams and mentoring junior team members preferred. • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Thorough understanding of Oracle principles and planning. • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and industry. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Reliable and consistent internet connection required. • Professional home office space and professional background/noise level while working remotely. • Full-time availability during Apex IT business hours and, when required, outside business hours. • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer; ability to bend, sit, lift, and/or drive.
