📋 Description
• Oversees planning, process improvement and strategic initiatives • Oversees and owns full development of projects in assigned markets • Develop and execute site development strategy aligned with Tillman’s solar project goals • Support Tillman development activities of distributed-scale solar and energy storage projects from site control feasibility to the start of construction • Manage and report project data as it pertains to budget, schedule, and deliverables • Prioritize, coordinate, review, and track key development deliverables with internal teams and external legal, zoning, environmental, interconnection, and engineering consultants • Provide leadership and direction to construction managers and project teams, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, assess safety protocols, and address any issues or challenges that arise • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure timely attainment of all milestones, proactively address any deviations from the project schedule, and implement necessary measures to prevent penalties
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or related field • 5+ years experience within the Solar field • Full understanding of pricing, project scope, and the front-end process • Knowledge of zoning, planning, and regulatory regulations • Land Acquisition Experience • Demonstrated expertise in safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for solar installation projects • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Expertise in project planning and budget administration
