📋 Description

• Administer and maintain UKG Pro and other HRIS applications • Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, secure, and current • Support system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, testing, and enhancements • Perform routine audits and data-quality reviews • Assist with data migration, interfaces, and integrations between HRIS, recruiting platforms, and other systems • Support system security and role-based access • Manage and support Indeed, ADP Recruiting, and UKG Recruiting platforms • Maintain recruiting workflows, job posting configurations, integrations, and user access • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to improve recruiting processes and system efficiency • Support accurate data flow from recruiting through onboarding • Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements • Generate, validate, and analyze HR and recruiting reports • Provide workforce, turnover, recruiting activity, and performance-metric insights • Support leadership with reporting and data for strategic decision-making • Handle ad hoc reporting requests and special projects • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS and recruiting system support • Troubleshoot system issues and respond to user questions • Process, prioritize, track, and resolve support tickets through Halo • Document issues, resolutions, and support requests • Escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up • Create and maintain process documentation, system procedures, and training materials • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement • Support user training and system adoption initiatives • Stay informed on HR technology trends and recommend enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, recruiting systems, or a related role • Hands-on experience administering or supporting UKG Pro • Experience supporting recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ADP Recruiting, and UKG Recruiting • Knowledge of HRIS configuration, reporting, testing, integrations, security, data maintenance, and user support • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Talent Acquisition, vendors, and other departments • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements • Experience with workforce reporting, recruiting metrics, and data analysis • Knowledge of HR data governance, security, and privacy best practices • Experience creating training materials and user documentation • Familiarity with support-ticket management systems • Protect confidential employee and organizational information • Follow all applicable privacy, security, and compliance requirements • Attend required meetings and training programs • Accurately document work activities and support requests • Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment • Comply with all federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements
