📋 Description

• Lead pricing activities for assigned opportunities from proposal kickoff through submission • Develop competitive pricing strategies • Build and maintain complex pricing models and scalable Excel tools • Analyze solicitations to interpret pricing requirements • Coordinate Basis of Estimate (BOE) development • Develop and manage subcontractor pricing requests • Research labor markets and historical pricing • Present pricing strategies to leadership • Prepare and review cost proposal narratives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or related field • 8+ years of experience • Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), DCAA, and DCMA guidance • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience developing compliant cost proposals for multiple contract types • Ability to interpret complex RFP requirements and translate them into accurate, compliant, and competitive pricing solutions • Experience collaborating with cross-functional proposal teams.
