📋 Description

• Lead the execution of medical communication publications projects that advance scientific understanding and client objectives • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to reconciliation • Develop, track, and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Coordinate internal functional teams and external stakeholders, including clients, authors, and vendors • Maintain proactive client communication, meeting summaries, and status reports • Support proposal development, budget forecasting, and scope-of-work documentation • Anticipate client needs, identify challenges, and collaborate on solutions • Maintain project documentation, server file management, and project setup • Lead internal project meetings • Coordinate review and approval cycles, trafficking, and version control • Oversee financial reconciliation and project closeout

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in medical communications with a role in program management and/or client services • Prior experience working on publications projects • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, work to and within multiple deadlines and across multiple projects • Financial, administrative and organizational skills • Client communication skills – ability to work with client and faculty members • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities and work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently • Knowledge of Internet searches and Microsoft Windows software
