📋 Description

• Use AI tools, web research, and scraping to identify potential clients, partners, sponsors, investors, and collaborators • Research industries, competitors, trends, events, and emerging opportunities across hospitality, beverage, culture, events, retreats, media, and related sectors • Collect, verify, enrich, and organize companies, contacts, projects, and opportunities into structured databases • Build efficient AI-powered research, data collection, and lead-generation workflows using tools, APIs, scraping, and automation • Analyze findings, prioritize high-potential opportunities, and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership • Work closely with leadership to identify who to approach, why to approach them, what opportunity exists, and how to develop meaningful business relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in market research, business intelligence, lead generation, data research, growth, business development, data analysis, or a related field • Strong curiosity and an investigative mindset — you genuinely enjoy finding information that others may overlook • Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical applications in research and business intelligence • Hands-on experience with web research, data extraction, web scraping, or automated research workflows • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Ability to work with large amounts of unstructured information and turn it into organized, useful intelligence • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to identify patterns, connections, and commercial opportunities • Strong organizational skills and experience working with spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools • Ability to independently research unfamiliar industries and quickly understand how they work • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work with ambiguity • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and figuring things out without needing step-by-step instructions
