📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, virtual individual counseling to a diverse patient population • Provide a minimum of 30 clinical hours of individual therapy per week • Utilize the aptihealth telehealth platform to deliver engaging, secure, and effective virtual care • Develop personalized care plans using aptihealth’s tools and technology • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document clinical findings • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New York license (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) • Minimum 3 years of experience providing individual therapy • Proven ability to support diverse populations using a variety of therapeutic approaches • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills • Comfortable using technology and able to work independently in a fully remote environment, with access to high-speed internet and a private, secure workspace
