📋 Description
• Senior analytical resource responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, identifying risks, and recommending improvements across ORIS surge-support and workforce modernization activities. • Plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs. • Use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes. • Make recommendations on improving business processes. • Lead analysis of operating program effectiveness and business process performance and support development of executive-level metrics and dashboards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks • Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles
