• Lead and coordinate evaluation and data-driven decision-making activities • Define measures of success, track performance, and support implementation of evaluation frameworks • Serve as project manager for assigned workstreams, aligning teams, tracking dependencies, and driving execution • Plan and execute work within a scaled Agile (SAFe) cadence • Author features and user stories, maintain backlog health, support PI Planning and sprint reviews, and manage carryover and cross-team dependencies • Build, validate, and maintain performance metrics and operational dashboards • Translate ticket, workflow, and facility-level data into actionable findings for leadership • Contribute across evaluation, engagement, training, and operations functional areas • Develop visually compelling presentations and supporting materials adhering to client branding and style guidelines • Collaborate with project leads, trainers, and facilitators to clarify messaging objectives and iterate content based on stakeholder feedback • Ensure materials meet learning objectives and address end-user education and behavior reinforcement needs • Facilitate working sessions, office hours, and cross-team forums with clinical, informatics, and technical partners • Brief senior stakeholders directly • Produce executive-ready MOAs, COAs, concepts of operations, project plans, strategic plans, business rules, SOPs, and leadership presentations • Manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience • Experience ideally with top-tier management consulting or federal advisory firms • Experience preferably supporting federal clients or large-scale process implementation, training, or communications programs • Additional preference for EHR, EHRM, or clinical health experience • SAFe Agile certification strongly preferred, such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, or SAFe Program Consultant • Familiarity with Jira, Jira Align, Mural, and similar management tools • Preferably VA, VHA, or DoD experience with the Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR) • Familiarity with VistA/CPRS, Oracle Health, and VHA governance and escalation structures • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including building charts, trackers, and data-driven briefings without dedicated design or analyst support • Strong research and synthesis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex concepts for general audiences • Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal direction • Must be a U.S. citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust suitability determination • Residence in the Washington, DC metro area is preferred
