• Lead the analysis and evaluation of suicide prevention program effectiveness • Design and execute program reviews and performance assessments • Develop comprehensive program reports, briefings, and dashboards • Identify and assess program resources for planning and execution • Support the execution of day-to-day program operations • Monitor emerging policy, research, and best practices in Veterans mental health and suicide prevention
• 8+ years of professional experience in program analysis, program evaluation, or healthcare program management • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Health Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a closely related field required • Prior experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal health agency programs • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA PIV credential and complete required background investigation • Demonstrated proficiency in developing program evaluation frameworks, performance measurement plans, and written reports or executive-level briefings
