📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from accounting work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models and building from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria so graders can evaluate attempts • Attend a 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create and submit one original task, its brief and required input workbook(s) • Work with reviewers to produce a detailed yes-or-no rubric after testing the task against current frontier AI models • Complete tasks on an independent-contractor, task-based basis • Work without access to confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients or institutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in accounting, audit or financial reporting under IFRS or US GAAP, in practice or in-house • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including financial reporting, three-statement checks, purchase accounting, error tracing and pivot tables • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Ability to work as an independent contractor • Submit an original task, brief and human-built input workbook(s) during onboarding • Use real sanitised data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed for creating the submitted task materials
