📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from actuarial work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models and building models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria so graders can evaluate attempts • Create one original task during onboarding and submit the brief and required input workbooks • Participate in a 30-minute group walkthrough call • Support task evaluation against current frontier AI models • Write a detailed yes-or-no rubric when AI models produce incorrect results • Collaborate with a reviewer for task sign-off

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in an actuarial role in insurance, pensions or consulting, covering P&C/general insurance, life, health or pensions • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including reserving triangles, pricing models, nested formulas, named ranges and Goal Seek • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and evaluations • Ability to create realistic Excel tasks from professional work • Ability to work through tasks and produce clear, correct answers • Ability to write precise yes-or-no grading criteria • Input workbooks must be human-built • Use real data that has been sanitised, or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed when writing the brief and preparing input workbooks
