📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks drawn from consulting work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models and building models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria that allow graders to evaluate attempts • Create and submit an original task, brief and input workbooks during onboarding • Participate in a walkthrough and reviewer sign-off process • Work with Aptura, an applied AI and data company, to create evaluation and training environments for frontier AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in management, strategy or operations consulting, in an industry practice or functional practice • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including market sizing, competitive landscapes, goal seek, data reshaping and clear workbook structure • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and Evals • Submit a CV • Attend an available 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create one original task from your own work • Submit the task brief and required input workbooks • Input workbooks must be human-built and use sanitised real data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed for creating the task and input workbooks • Input-file uploads are compulsory • Completion of onboarding does not guarantee a job offer; selection is subject to written approval of the task proposal
