📋 Description

• Write realistic Excel tasks based on equity research work, including extending existing models, fixing broken models, and building models from a brief • Work through each task to establish a clear, correct answer • Write precise yes-or-no criteria for grading attempts • Attend a 30-minute group walkthrough call • Create and submit one original task, its brief, and the required input workbook(s) • Run the task against current frontier AI models • Write a detailed yes-or-no rubric when AI models produce incorrect results • Collaborate with a reviewer for task sign-off • Produce evaluation and training tasks for AI systems used in professional workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sell-side or buy-side equity research, covering a defined sector or universe of stocks • Deep hands-on Excel experience, including earnings extraction and prediction, calendarisation, SOTP valuation, data packs, and nested formulas • Strong written English communication skills • Attention to detail • Willingness to learn concepts in AI and evaluations • Must create an original task from own work during onboarding • Must submit the brief and human-built input workbooks; input-file uploads are compulsory • Must use sanitised real data or public data with the source named • No AI usage allowed when creating the task and input workbooks • Must be available for an approximately 4–6 week project starting immediately • Must work as an independent contractor
